Aloo Mutter

Ingredients:
4- Tomatoes, chopped
2- Onions, sliced
2- Potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut in to small cubes
1 cup- Green peas, boiled
2- Green chilies
1 tbsp. Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp. Coriander powder
1 tsp. Cumin powder
1- tsp. Red chili powder
1 tsp. Garam masala powder
½ tsp. Turmeric powder
1/2 cup- Cream
4 tbsp. Oil
2 tbsp. Fresh Coriander leaves, chopped


Method:
1. Heat oil in a kadai and add onions, green chilies and ginger garlic paste.
2. Keep stirring until the onions cooked to golden brown.
3. Add the coriander, cumin and red chili powders.
4. Add turmeric and garam masala powder.
5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the oil leaves from the sides.
6. Now add the green peas, potatoes cubes and stir gently so that potatoes do not fall apart.
7. Add cream and cook for 5 more min
8. Add fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
