Ingredients:
500 grams- Bhindi / Okra, cut in to long pieces.

Onion, chopped

Green chili, chopped
1 tsp. Red chili powder
1 tsp. Coriander powder
1 tsp. Red chili powder
1 tsp. Coriander powder
½
tsp. Turmeric powder
1
tsp. Dry mango powder
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
Salt
to taste

tbsp. Oil
Method:
1. Heat Oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and fry it for a minute.
2. Add chopped onions and saute till they are soft and add chopped green chilies and fry for another two minutes.
3. Add red chili, coriander and turmeric powders and toss well.
4. Stir in the Okra pieces and combine it well. Cook covered on a medium flame , stirring occasionally.
5. Add salt and dry mango powder.

When the Okra is cooked and raw smell goes, remove the lid and saute well for
4-5 minutes.
