Crispy Fried Chicken

 
Ingredients:
6 pieces- Chicken
3- Eggs
1 cup- Butter milk
2 cups- All-purpose flour
1 tsp. Black pepper powder
½ tsp. White pepper powder
½ tsp. Garam masala powder
½ tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Msg
½ tsp. Thyme
½ tsp. Red chili powder
1 tbsp. Soya sauce
½ tsp. Ginger powder
½ tsp. Garlic powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying


Method:
1. In a medium size bowl, beat the eggs with the butter milk.
2. In another bowl, combine the flour and ½ tsp. black pepper powder.
3. Season the chicken with black pepper, white pepper, garam masala, paprika, msg, thyme, red chili powder, soya sauce, salt, ginger and garlic powder.
4. Dip the seasoned chicken in the beaten egg, and then coat well in the flour mixture.
5. Heat the oil to 350 degrees F in a deep pot. Do not fill the pot more than 1/2 full with oil.
6. Fry the chicken in the oil until brown, crisp and tender.
7. Serve crispy fried chicken with bread and coleslaw salad.
