Ingredients:

kg- Squids, cleaned and cut into rings.

tbsp. Ginger-Garlic paste

tsp. Cumin seeds

tsp. Mustard seeds

tsp. Fenugreek seeds

Onion, sliced

Green chilies

Curry leaves

tbsp. Seafood curry powder

tbsp. Chili powder

tsp. Turmeric powder

cup- Coconut milk

Tomato, sliced

tbsp. Oil

cup- Water
Salt
to taste
Method:
1.
Heat oil in wok adds cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and saute well.

Add onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves and fry for few
minutes.
3.
Add squids. Mix and cover the wok for 5 minutes.
4.
Add seafood curry powder, chili powder and turmeric powder. Stir well with the
ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.

Add coconut milk, water and salt. Let the curry boil for few minutes, lastly
add tomato.
6.
Turn off heat after few boils. Serve hot.
