Put the yogurt, green chilies, cardamom, garlic and ginger in a food processor
and grind until a paste forms.

Transfer the paste to a large bowl and stir in the cumin powder, tomato paste,
turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice and food color.

Marinade prawns with this paste for about 1 hour.

Heat a griddle over high heat. Lightly grease the hot pan with oil using a
pastry brush.

Place the prawns on the griddle and cook for 2 minutes. Flip over and cook for
another 2 minutes, remove and serve.
