Indo Chinese Chilli Prawns

Ingredients:
25- Prawns
1- Onion big, diced
2- Capsicum small, diced
1- Tomato small, diced
6- Garlic clove, chopped
2-3 Green chili, sliced
1 tbsp. Ginger and Garlic paste
2 tbsp. All-purpose flour/ Maida
1 ½ tbsp. Corn flour
1 ½ tsp. Red chili paste
Red food color-pinch
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tbsp. Red Chili sauce
2 tbsp. Tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. Sesame oil
Few Curry leaves


Method:
1. In a bowl add washed and de-shelled prawns, ginger and garlic paste, food color, red chili paste, salt, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. tomato ketchup maida and corn flour. Mix well till mixture is well coated on prawns, set aside for 30 mins.
2. Deep fry the marinated prawns in hot oil till crisp and set aside on paper towel.
3. In a large wok heat sesame oil, add the chopped garlic, curry leaves, onions, green chilies, tomato and capsicum. Stir fry for a minute (do not over cook) capsicum should retain its crispness.
4. Add the fried prawns to the onions, season well with soy sauce, red chili sauce and salt.
5. Mix well, till the chili sauce is well coated on the prawns.
6. Serve hot with Fried Rice or Noodles.
