Ingredients:

gm. Mutton, boneless

- Green bell pepper

- Red bell pepper

tbsp. Papaya paste

tbsp. Yogurt

tbsp. Olive oil

tbsp. Fresh Coriander leaves, chopped

cloves- Garlic, crushed

tsp. Ginger, crushed

tsp. Garam masala powder

tsp. Red chili powder

tsp. Turmeric powder
Salt
to taste

½ tbsp. Lemon juice

Mix well the papaya paste, olive oil, fresh coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, red
chili powder, yogurt, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon
juice.

Marinate the mutton pieces in it for about 2-3 hours.

Chop the bell pepper, onion, tomato in square shaped cubes and keep aside.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C.

Skewer the veggies and mutton alternately on skewers.
6.
Place the skewers in the grill tray and cook for about 20-25 minutes or until
the meat is tender.
7.
Mutton Tikka is ready to serve.
