Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
20 pieces- Chicken wings
3 tbsp. Oil
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. Tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. Barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Hot red pepper sauce


Method:

1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
2. Line 2 large rimmed baking sheets with foil and set aside.
3. Pat wings dry on paper toweling.
4. Place oil, salt, and cayenne in large plastic zipper bag, seal, and squeeze to combine.
5.  Add 6 to 8 wings to bag, seal, and shake to coat with cayenne mixture.
6. Arrange wings in single layer on foil-lined pan. Repeat until all wings are coated.
7. Bake uncovered, one sheet at a time, on middle oven shelf 20 minutes or until wings are lightly browned, tender.
8. Meanwhile, combine ketchup, barbecue sauce, vinegar, and hot red pepper sauce in large bowl.
9. Add baked wings and turn in sauce to coat.
10. Serve hot.
