Method:

Cook rice separately & cool it in a large pan. Keep aside.
2. Marinade chicken with salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder & lemon juice for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in the frying pan on high heat.

Fry the chicken cubes until they turn slightly brown.
5. Saute green peas and eggs until they turn tender.

fry. Take care that vegetables are not overdone, they should be crisp.
