Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients: 
200 gm- Unsalted butter
200 gm- Dark chocolate, broken into pieces
1 cup- Brown Sugar
3- Eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
½ tsp. Baking powder
¾ cup- Plain Flour
2 tbsp. Cocoa powder

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
2. Spray a 5cm deep, 18cm square brownie pan with cooking spray.
3. Melt the butter, chocolate and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
4. Transfer to a heatproof bowl. Set aside to cool slightly.
5. Add eggs and vanilla extract to chocolate mixture and mix well.
6. Sift flour and cocoa powder and baking powder over chocolate mixture and stir to combine.
7. Pour brownie mixture into the brownie pan.
8. Bake for 35 minutes.
9. Set aside to cool.
10. Once cooled, lift out. Store in an airtight container.
