gm- Chicken, boneless, cut in to small pieces

tbsp. Corn flour

tbsp. White flour

tsp. Black Pepper powder

cup- White Vinegar

cup- Chicken stock

cup- Brown Sugar
½
cup- Tomato ketchup
½
cup-Green bell pepper, cut
into 1 inch chunks

cup Carrot, sliced

In a bowl whisk 2 eggs then add 2 tbsp. corn flour, 2 tbsp. of white flour,
baking powder, salt and black pepper to mix.

Then coat chicken with 1 tbsp. of white flour.

In a pan heat oil and dip chicken in batter and deep fry the chicken and keep
it on a side.

In a another pan add 2 tbsp. oil, vegetables stir fry and keep it on a side.

In the same pan add chicken stock, brown sugar, white vinegar, and tomato
ketchup.

Dissolve corn flour in water and pour it in pan.
7.
When it becomes thick add vegetables and chicken to mix.

Serve hot.
