cup- White Vinegar

tbsp. Soya sauce

½ cup- Chicken stock

cup- Brown Sugar

cup- Tomato ketchup

cup- Capsicum, cut
into 1 inch chunks

cup Carrot, sliced

cup- Cauliflower

In a bowl whisk 2 eggs then add 2 tbsp. corn flour, 2 tbsp. of white flour,
baking powder, salt and black pepper to mix.

Then coat prawns with 1 tbsp. of white flour.

In a pan heat oil and dip prawns in batter to deep fry and put it on a side.

In another pan add 2 tbsp. oil, vegetables stir fry and put it on a side.

In the same pan add 1 ½ cup of chicken stock, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of vinegar,
soya sauce and 1 cup of tomato ketchup.

Dissolve corn flour in water and pour it in pan.
7.
When it becomes thick add vegetables and prawns to mix.
8.
In the end add ajinomoto and serve hot.
