Chicken Tikka Pizza

Ingredients:
For Pizza dough:
2 cups- All-purpose flour (Maida)
1 tsp. Dried yeast
1 tsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Oil
1 tbsp. Milk powder
1- Egg
Lukewarm water
For the Chicken:
250 gm. Chicken, boneless, cut in to cubes
2 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 tsp. Tikka masala
1 tsp. Ginger-Garlic paste
For Pizza topping:
½ cup- Mozzarella cheese
½ cup- Cheddar cheese
3-4 tbsp. Pizza sauce
1- Tomato, small cubed
1 cup- Bell pepper, (Red, Green, Yellow), cubed
¼ cup- Green onion, chopped

Method:
1. For the Chicken: Take a pan, put olive oil and heat it up, then put chicken, tikka masala, ginger-garlic paste and fry for few minutes. Then put lemon juice, salt and cook until chicken is become tender.
2. For Pizza dough: Put yeast in 3 tbsp. lukewarm water and make frothy. In a bowl add all dry ingredients and then add yeast, oil, egg and make smooth dough with lukewarm water and keep covered in an oiled bowl in a warm place, for 1 hour or till well risen and doubled.
3. For pizza: On a floured surface, roll out dough and place on a greased 10 inch pizza pan, prick well with fork and let rise again in a warm place for 5-10 more  minutes.
4. Bake blind for 7-8 minutes in a preheated oven of 200 degree C. Remove and cool.
5. Spread pizza sauce over pizza dough. Sprinkle tomato, chicken, bell peppers, green onion, mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
6. Bake on 200 degree C for another 18-20 minutes till base crisps and top light golden.
