Salmone in Padella























Ingredients:
180 gram- Salmon fillet, pan roasted
1 piece- Grilled Aubergine
Chopped Tomato and Herbs- as required
Fennel and Frisee salad- as required
Lemon butter sauce- as required

Method:
180 grams pan roasted salmon fillet served on a bed of grilled Aubergine and chopped tomatoes and herbs, topped w/ fennel and Frisee salad drizzled with lemon butter sauce.
