Ingredients:

cup- All-purpose flour/Maida
1/2
cup- Yogurt
1
tsp. Ginger, chopped
2-
Green chilies, chopped
¼
tbsp. Baking soda
Salt
to taste

tbsp. Fresh Coriander leaves
Oil
for deep frying

Take a bowl and mix all-purpose flour, yogurt and salt to make batter. Add
water if required. The consistency of the dough should be thicker than dosa
batter, thinner than chapati dough.

Add baking soda, green chilies, ginger and fresh coriander mix all together. Let
it sit for 2 to 3 hours.

Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, wet your fingers, scoop out a ping pong ball
sized batter with your hand and drop in to oil. They puff up in size.
4.
Cook it on low to medium heat.
5.
Turn them around till they are fried golden brown.
6.
Serve them hot with green chutney.
