Ingredients:

cup- Black olive, sliced
1
cup- Green olive, sliced
¼
cup- Capsicum, sliced
½
cup- Carrot, sliced
Salt
to taste
Black
pepper to taste
½
cup- Olive oil
1
tsp. Lemon juice
1
tsp. Chili sauce
2
tbsp. Parsley, finally chopped
Method:
1.
Place olives, capsicum and carrot in a large bowl.
2.
In a small bowl or glass jar, mix together olive oil, lemon juice and chili
sauce.
3.
Pour over olive mixture.
4.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
5.
Add parsley.
6. Gently stir to coat. Chill to combine flavors.
