gm. Potatoes, peeled and cut into shape of fries

gm. Butter

tsp. Black pepper powder
Salt
to taste

gm. Bread crumbs
Oil
for deep frying

In a large bowl mix together potato, butter, black pepper powder, salt, and
bread crumbs.

Heat oil in deep pan over medium high heat.
3.
Deep fry potatoes for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
4.
Serve with tomato sauce.
