Crispy French Fries

Ingredients:
500 gm. Potatoes, peeled and cut into shape of fries
50 gm. Butter
½ tsp. Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
80 gm. Bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. In a large bowl mix together potato, butter, black pepper powder, salt, and bread crumbs.
2. Heat oil in deep pan over medium high heat.
3. Deep fry potatoes for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
4. Serve with tomato sauce.
