Ingredients:

gm. Beef undercut

cup- Oil

Onions, sliced

Green chilies

cup- Bell pepper

tsp. Chinese salt

tsp. Black pepper powder

tsp. Chili garlic sauce

tsp. Tomato ketchup
1
tsp. Soya sauce
Spring
onion for garnish
For Marinating:
1
tsp. Ginger, crushed
1
tsp. Garlic, crushed
2
tsp. Vinegar
1
tsp. Tenderizer
Salt
to taste

Marinate the beef in all the ingredients of marinade and leave aside for 1 hour.

Heat oil in a wok, add the onions and fry until soft.
3.
Add the marinated beef and cook till the water dries.
4.
Then add the green chilies, bell pepper, chinese salt, black pepper powder,
chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup and soya saoce.
5.
Mix all together and fry for few more minutes.
6.
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
