Ingredients:

gr. Pasta, cooked
300 gm. Broccoli florets
Pinch of Saffron, soaked in 1 tbsp. of warm milk
1 large- Onion, chopped

tsp. Ginger-Garlic, crushed

tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tbsp. Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tbsp. Tomato ketchup

cubes- Cream cheese, mashed
Salt
and Pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan; fry the onion over medium-high heat until light
brown in color.

Add ginger-garlic and cook for another minute.

Add turmeric powder, tomato ketchup and fry for few seconds.

Mix the broccoli florets and fry for 3-4 minutes.
5.
Then add the cooked pasta, saffron milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper and mix all
together, leave covered for 4-5 minutes on very low flame.
6.
Serve and enjoy………..
