cups- Vegetable broth

tbsp. Olive oil

Garlic cloves, minced

cup- Cabbage, chopped
½
Onion, chopped
½
cup- Carrot, sliced
½
cup- Beans
½
cup- Green peas
Salt
& Pepper to taste
Method:
1.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion, garlic and saute for few minutes.

Add vegetable broth, cabbage, carrot, beans, green peas, salt, pepper and bring
to the boil. Let it simmer gently for about 20-25 minutes.
3.
Serve hot with breads.
