Ingredients:
2
cup- Noodles, cooked
2
tbsp. Oil
2
cup- Chicken, cooked and shredded
1-Onion,
chopped
2
tsp. Ginger, crushed
2
tsp. Garlic, crushed
4
cup- Chicken stock
2
tsp. Corn flour, mixed with water
1
tsp. soya sauce
1
tsp. vinegar
Salt
and Pepper to taste

Heat oil in a pan add onion, ginger, garlic and soute for a minute.

Add chicken, chicken stock and bring to boil.
3.
Add corn flour to the stock slowly and let it boil for 2 minutes.
4.
Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and cook for another minute.
5.
Mix cooked noodles with soup just before serving.
6.
Serve hot.
