Grilled Prawns

Ingredients:
500 gm. Prawns
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. Red chili powder
½ tsp. Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
½ tsp. Garlic powder
2 tbsp. Olive oil

Method:
1. Remove heads and wash the prawns.
2. Marinate prawns with all the ingredients and keep it in the refrigerator for one hour.
3. Heat olive oil in a grill pan and cook the prawns for 2 minutes, turn and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
4. Remove from pan immediately and serve hot.
