Ingredients:

gm. Flour

tsp. Baking powder
½
tsp. Salt

Egg

cup- Milk
175
gm. Caster sugar
6
ounces (150 gm.)- Melted unsalted butter
1
tsp. Vanilla essence
1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees C.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder,
and salt.
3. In the bowl of electric mixer, beat the butter until
soft and creamy.
4. Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
addition.
6. Add the vanilla extract and beat until combined.
7. Add the flour mixture and milk, beat well.
8. Pour the batter in a prepared pan and bake for about
20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes
out clean.
