Ingredients:

tbsp. Butter
1
small- Onion, chopped
1
small- Tomato, chopped

Garlic cloves, chopped
½
tsp. Ginger, crushed
2
tbsp. Tomato ketchup
1
½ cup- Chicken, chopped
2
cups- Orzo pasta, cooked al dente and drained

tbsp. Lemon juice
Salt
and ground black pepper to taste

cup- Parmesan cheese, grated
¼
cup- Parsley, sliced

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter, onion, garlic and ginger
and saute until tender.

Add the tomato, lemon juice, salt and chicken and cook until the chicken is
tender.

Add tomato ketchup, black pepper, orzo pasta and mix well.
4.
Add grated parmesan cheese and parsley, mix well and serve.
