Ingredients:

1. Wash brinjals and smear some oil around it.
2. Cook with skin on medium flame
directly over stove. Cook them by turning them around and making sure they are
cooked on all sides till soft.
3. Remove skin with hand and mash
the brinjals.
4. Take a pan, put oil and allow cumin
seeds to splutter.
5. Add the chopped onions and
saute till transparent.
6. Add tomato puree, green chili,
salt and all the above spices.
7. Add yogurt and allow simmering
for some more time till it becomes thick.
8. Put mashed brinjals and fenugreek leaves and cook for some more time.
9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis or rice.
