Mutton Pizza

Ingredients:
For Pizza dough:
2 cups- All-purpose flour (Maida)
1 tsp. Dried yeast
1 tsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Oil
1 tbsp. Milk powder
1- Egg
Lukewarm water
For Mutton:
250 gm. Mutton, boneless, cut in to small pieces
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 clove- Garlic
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 tsp. Red chili powder
½ tsp. Black pepper powder
½ tsp. White pepper powder
For Pizza topping:
1 cup- Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. Pizza sauce
1 small- Onion, chopped
1 small- Tomato, cubed
½ cup- Bell pepper, cubed
¼ cup- Green olives

Method:
1. For the mutton: Heat oil in a pan, then put mutton pieces and garlic and fry for few minutes. Then put lemon juice and salt and cook until mutton is become tender. Once water is dry, put red chili powder, black pepper powder and white pepper powder and mix it well, let it cool.
2. For Pizza dough: Put yeast in 3 tbsp. lukewarm water and make frothy. In a bowl add all dry ingredients and then add yeast, oil, egg and make smooth dough with lukewarm water and keep covered in an oiled bowl in a warm place, for 1 hour or till well risen and doubled.
3. For pizza: On a floured surface, roll out dough and place on a greased 10 inch pizza pan, prick well with fork and let rise again in a warm place for 10-15 more  minutes.
4. Bake blind for 7-8 minutes in a preheated oven of 200 degree C. Remove and cool.
5. Spread pizza sauce over pizza dough. Sprinkle onion, tomato, bell peppers, olives, prepared mutton pieces and mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Bake on 200 degree C for another 18-20 minutes till base crisps and top light golden.
