French Fries


Ingredients:
2- Potatoes, peeled and cut into shape of fries
2 tbsp. Plain flour
1/2 tsp. Black pepper powder
1 tsp. Salt
Water as required
Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Boil water in a pot, then put potatoes in the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.
2. Then strain and immediately put into cold water, strain after 2 minutes.
3. Place flour and potatoes in a bowl.
4. Season with salt and black pepper powder.
5. Heat oil in deep pan over medium high heat.
6. Deep-fry potatoes for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
7. Serve with burger and tomato sauce.
