Ingredients:

tsp. Fennel seeds

cups- Water to cook meat
1 tsp. Garam masala
powder
4- Cloves
2- Cardamom
Coriander leaves
for garnish, chopped
Method:
1.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker pan.
2.
Add whole red chili, cardamom, cloves and let its color change lightly.
3.
Add Onion, green chili, curry leaves and fry till onion turns golden brown.
4.
Add Ginger-Garlic paste, fennel seeds and fry till it turns light brown in color.
5.
Add chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, coconut slices and turmeric
powder and fry for few seconds.
6.
Add mutton, salt and water.
7.
Close the pan and let 4-5 whistles to come.
8.
Open the pan and fry till no moisture is left.
9.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
10.
Serve with rice, chappati or paratha.
