Ingredients:
For merination:

kg- mutton, boneless
3 tbsp. Chili powder

tbsp. Ginger-Garlic paste

tsp. Fennel powder

tsp. Turmeric powder

tsp. Garam masala powder
Salt

spices- Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves.

Method:
1.
In a pressure cooker, mix the mutton with the rest of the ingredients for
marination.
2.
Pressure cook the marinated mutton until it is 3/4 done. No water is needed as
there would be enough water coming from the beef.
3.
Heat oil in another pan adds whole spices.
4.
Add onion, tomato and Ginger Garlic Paste and fry for few minutes.
5.
Add mutton to this and mix well and let it cook.
6.
Check salt and add, if needed.
7. When the mutton is almost dry, add coriander
leaves and mix well. Serve with naan.
