Method:
1. Cook rice separately & cool it in a large pan. Keep aside.
2. Marinade prawns with salt, black pepper powder, chili sauce & lemon juice for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in the frying pan on high heat.

Fry the prawns until they turn slightly brown.
5. Saute green peas and eggs until they turn tender.

mix well and stir fry. Take care that vegetables are not overdone, they should
be crisp.
7. Add cooked rice, soya sauce, white vinegar and mix thoroughly.
