Ingredients:

Ripe banana
1 cup- Sugar
1 tbsp. Ghee
½ tsp. Nutmeg powder
½ tsp. Cardamom powder
1 cup- Sugar
1 tbsp. Ghee
½ tsp. Nutmeg powder
½ tsp. Cardamom powder

cup- Almonds and cashew nuts, chopped

Take some ghee in a pan and heat it.

Add the mashed bananas and cook over medium heat. Stir it well in order to
prevent it from sticking to the pan.

When the bananas turn brown in color, add more ghee to it.

Then add sugar and stir continuously. Let the sugar get dissolved in it
completely.

Then add nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and chopped almonds and cashew nuts and
then remove it from the heat.
6.
Allow it to cool and then cut into pieces and serve them.
