Ingredients:

medium- Onion, cut lengthwise

tbsp. Besan flour (gram flour)

tbsp. Corn flour
1
tsp. Cumin seeds
½
tsp. Cumin powder
1
tsp. Red chili Powder
¼
tsp. Turmeric Powder
1
tsp. Coriander leaves, chopped
Salt
to taste
Oil
for deep frying

Cut onion thin lengthwise, add salt to it and keep aside for 5 – 10 minutes.

Add besan flour, corn flour, cumin seeds, cumin powder, red chili powder,
turmeric powder, and coriander leaves to onion, mix nicely.
3.
If required use little water (Onion mixed with salt leaves water). Don’t make
the batter too dilute.
4.
Heat oil in a kadai and put one spoon full of batter in to oil.
5.
Deep fry pakoda till both sides turn golden brown
in color.
6.
Serve with green Chutney or tomato Ketchup.
