Ingredients:
1- Pineapple

gms- Fresh cream

tbsp. Ghee
Sugar
to taste
A
few cherries
A
few pineapple slices
1.
Grate pineapple. Cook with 1 cup of water on medium heat till all the water
evaporates.
2.
Add ghee and cook till ghee separates.
3.
Add sugar as per your taste.
4.
Turn down heat to very low and add cream. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
5.
Garnished with cherries and pineapple slices.
6.
Pineapple Halwa is ready to serve.
