Ingredients:

gm. Chicken, boneless

tbsp. Red chili powder

tsp. Ginger-Garlic paste
Salt
to taste

Tomatoes, chopped

tbsp. Yogurt

Onion, sliced

tsp. Cumin seeds
1
tsp. All spice powder

cup- Oil

Green chilies, chopped
½
cup- Coriander leaves

tbsp. Mint leaves
Method:
1.
Heat oil in a large griddle pan.
2.
Add cumin seeds with onion and cook for few minutes.
3.
Add chicken, cook for 5 minutes.
4.
Now add ginger and garlic paste, stir fry for 1 minute.
5.
Mix in chopped tomatoes, chili powder and chopped green chilies, cook for 10
minutes.
6.
Chop chicken and tomatoes with metal spoons.
7.
Add in yogurt and salt to taste.
8.
In the end add all spice powder, coriander and mint leaves, serve hot
immediately with naan.
