Chicken katakat


Ingredients:
500 gm. Chicken, boneless
1 tbsp. Red chili powder
1 tsp. Ginger-Garlic paste
Salt to taste
3- Tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp. Yogurt
1- Onion, sliced
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
1 tsp. All spice powder
¼ cup- Oil
4- Green chilies, chopped
½ cup- Coriander leaves
1 tbsp. Mint leaves

Method:
1. Heat oil in a large griddle pan.
2. Add cumin seeds with onion and cook for few minutes.
3. Add chicken, cook for 5 minutes.
4. Now add ginger and garlic paste, stir fry for 1 minute.
5. Mix in chopped tomatoes, chili powder and chopped green chilies, cook for 10 minutes.
6. Chop chicken and tomatoes with metal spoons.
7. Add in yogurt and salt to taste.
8. In the end add all spice powder, coriander and mint leaves, serve hot immediately with naan.
