Muhallabia (Arabic Milk Pudding)

Ingredients:
2 tins or 800 gm. Sweetened condensed milk
5½ cup- Water
¾ cup- Rice flour
1½ tsp. Vanilla powder
½ tsp. Rose water
½ tsp. Blossom water
½ cup- Pistachios, chopped

Method:
1. Bring to boil condensed milk with ¾ of the water.
2. In another bowl, dissolve the remaining water with the rice flour and vanilla powder.
3. Slowly pour the rice mixture over the hot milk constantly stirring and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
4. Add the rose water and blossom water and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into small bowls.
6. Garnish with the chopped pistachios.
