Ingredients:

kg- Mutton, boneless cut into small cubes

tbsp. Garlic paste

tbsp. Ginger paste
½
tbsp. Red chili powder

tsp. Turmeric powder

tsp. Garam masala powder

Green cardamom

Cloves

sticks of Cinnamon
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
4- Green chilies, chopped
1 tsp. Black pepper, crushed

to taste

few Coriander leaves
1.
Mix all the ingredients, except oil, with the meat and marinate for two hours.

Heat oil in pan fry the meat on a high flame.
3.
Sprinkle a little water and cook on a low flame till the meat is tender.
4.
When tender dry the excess water.
5.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
6.
Serve with chapatti or naan.
