Aloo Tikki

Ingredients:
2- Potatoes, half boiled and shredded
2- Green chilies, chopped
2 tbsp. Coriander leaves, chopped
½ tsp. Cumin powder
1 tsp. Chaat masala
½ tsp. Chili powder
1- Onion, chopped
¼ tsp.  Ginger, minced
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying

Method:
1. In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients with potatoes.
2. Divide the potato mixture into equal portions & make balls.  Flatten each ball between the palms into disc.
3. Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry them on medium heat till golden brown & crispy on either sides.
4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
