kg- Chicken, cut in to medium size pieces
1 tbsp. Ginger paste
1 tbsp. Garlic paste
2 tbsp. Red chili powder
1 tsp. Garam masala powder
½ tsp. Turmeric powder
1- Egg
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tbsp. Corn flour
Oil for deep frying
Salt- to taste
Method:
1. Marinate the chicken with all ingredients and keep aside for 30
minutes.
2. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry them until golden brown
in medium flame.
3. Serve along with onion salad.
