the burger:

Beef, minced

Coriander leaves, finally chopped

Onion, chopped

Egg yolk

tbsp. Olive oil
Salt
to taste
Ground
black pepper to taste
To
serve:

slices Cheese

tbsp. Mayonnaise
Lettuce
Buns

Tomato, sliced
Method:
1.
Place all the burger ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Shape
into four equal-sized patties.
2.
Preheat the grill to hot. Cook the burgers under the grill for 15 minutes, or
until cooked through, turning once.
3.
Take one part of the bun and put mayonnaise, cheese, tomato, a beef piece,
cucumber, lettuce, then again mayonnaise and then second part of bun and serve.
