Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients for dough and make soft dough. Cover and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green chilies. Fry for 3 - 4 minutes. Let it
cool for some time.

Add grated cheese and salt to the mixture. Mix well and keep aside.

Divide the dough into five portions.
5. Roll out thin rotis of diameter 6 - inches approximately.
6. Warm the rotis for a few seconds on a pan without oil.
7. Divide each roti into two parts.
8. Fill in the mixture and make triangles. Seal the triangles properly.
9. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry on a medium heat till golden color.

6. Warm the rotis for a few seconds on a pan without oil.
7. Divide each roti into two parts.
8. Fill in the mixture and make triangles. Seal the triangles properly.
9. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry on a medium heat till golden color.

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
