Ingredients:

gm. Chicken, boneless

tbsp. Yogurt

tsp. Turmeric powder
½
tsp. All spice powder

tbsp. Red chili powder
1
tsp. Ginger-Garlic paste
1
tbsp. Lemon juice
2
tbsp. Coriander leaves, chopped
Salt
to taste

tbsp. Oil
½
cup- Mayonnaise
1
cup- Vegetables (Tomato, Lettuce, Cucumber)
For the Parathas:
2
cup- All-purpose flour
Salt
to taste

tbsp. Ghee
Water
as required

Marinate chicken pieces with yogurt, turmeric powder, all spice powder, red
chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, coriander leaves and salt. Mix
it well and set it aside for 30 minutes.

Now heat the oil and cook marinated chicken in it on low heat till the water
dries and chicken become soft and tender.

Take all-purpose flour and add ghee, salt and enough water in it to make dough.
4.
Knead gently until smooth and put it aside for 1 hour.
5.
Make round parathas with the help of rolling pin and grease the pan and cook
the parathas.
6.
Place mayonnaise, vegetables and chicken on the parathas.
7.
Roll the parathas and serve immediately.
