Ingredients:

Grind together all the grind ingredients until smooth paste.

In a large mixing bowl add mutton, papaya paste, cream, ginger-garlic paste,
lemon juice and yogurt. Mix well.

Add grinded paste to the mixture and coat well.

Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and marinate the meat for 4 hours or
overnight in the fridge.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C.

Thread the mutton pieces onto skewers.

Place the skewers on a grill tray and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning at
regular intervals.
8. Apply oil on the mutton pieces with a brush, and roast for another 5 minutes, or until done.
