Ingredients:

Jumbo Prawns

tsp. Ginger-Garlic paste

tsp. Turmeric powder

tsp. Red chili powder

tsp. Mustard seeds

Green cardamom, crushed

cup- Coconut milk
½
tsp. Black pepper powder
½
cup- Coriander leaves, chopped
Salt
to taste

Clean and rinse the prawns under cold running water, drain and pat dry.
2. Mix
the ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed cardamom
and salt in a bowl.

Marinate the prawns with this marinade.
4. Heat
oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and the marinated prawns and stir-fry for a few
minutes at medium heat.

Stir in the coconut milk and saute for a few minutes until the prawns are
cooked through.
6.
Season with black pepper powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
