Ingredients:

Smooth blend the yogurt, ginger, garlic and onions into a blender. Add the
lemon juice, salt and pepper powder and mix well.
2. Heat
the oil in a pan and add the blended ingredients into it and fry well.

Add tomato puree, green chilies and all the spices, cook for few minutes.

Add vegetables mix gently and add the coriander leaves, cook on low heat till
the vegetables are done.

Enjoy Vegetable Tikka Masala with white rice and naan.
