Chicken Manchurian


Ingredients

½ kg- Boneless chicken, cut in to small pieces.
2 tsp. Soya Sauce
2 tsp. Tomato ketchup
1 tsp. Ginger paste
1 tsp. Garlic paste
1 tbsp. Coriander leaves, chopped
1- Onion, chopped
1 – Tomato, chopped
½- cup All-purpose flour
2 tsp.  Corn flour
a pinch- Aginomotto
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 – Beaten egg
Salt- to taste
½ tsp. Black pepper powder
1- Lemon
2 tbsp. Oil
Oil for deep frying
2- Green chili

Method:
1. Marinate the chicken with all-purpose flour, corn flour, beaten egg, ginger- garlic paste, 1 tsp. soya sauce salt, 1 tsp. tomato ketchup, chili powder for about 1 hour.
2. Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken.
3. In another pan heat 2 tbsp. oil and fry the onions, tomato and green chili.
4. Add the soy sauce and tomato ketchup let it boil.
5. Add the fried chicken pieces black pepper powder to the boiling mixture.
6. Add the aginomotto.
7. Garnish with lemon slice and coriander leaves
