Gobi Manchurian


Ingredients

1- Cauliflower, cut in to small pieces.
2 tsp. Soya Sauce
2 tsp. Tomato ketchup
1 tsp. Ginger paste
1 tsp. Garlic paste
1 tbsp. Coriander leaves, chopped
1- Onion, chopped
1- Tomato, chopped
½- cup All-purpose flour
2 tsp.  Corn flour
1 tsp. Chili powder
Salt- to taste
½ tsp. Black pepper powder
1 tsp. Lemon juice
2 tbsp. Oil
Oil for deep frying
2- Green chili

Method:
1. Marinate the Cauliflower  with all-purpose flour, corn flour, ginger- garlic paste, 1 tsp. soya sauce, salt, 1 tsp. tomato ketchup, chili powder for about 1 hour.
2. Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the Cauliflower.
3. In another pan heat 2 tbsp. oil and fry the onions, tomato and green chili.
4. Add the remaining soy sauce and tomato ketchup let it boil.
5. Add the fried Cauliflower pieces, black pepper powder to the boiling mixture.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
