Ingredients:
2 cups- Maida / All-purpose flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 cup- Unsalted Butter or Ghee
2 cup- Caster Sugar
4- Eggs
4 tbsp. Milk
1 cup- Almond and Walnut, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 180
degrees C. and grease 8 inches pan. Then line the bottom
of the pan with Butter paper.
2. In a bowl, sift or whisk together the flour and baking
powder.
3. In the bowl of your electric beater, beat the unsalted
butter and caster sugar until soft and creamy.
4. Add eggs one by one; add one egg and 1 spoon of flour
beating well after each addition.
5. Add milk and beat again until combined.
6. In another bowl mix together 1/2 cup chopped almond
and walnut with remaining flour.
7. Gently fold butter and flour mixture in
almond and walnut mixture.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Then pour remaining chopped almond and walnut over the top.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out
clean.
