Ingredients:

1 medium- Tomato, chopped
2 tbsp. Tomato paste
1 tsp. Red chili powder
1 tsp. Coriander powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tsp. Cumin powder

tsp. Mustard seeds
¼ tsp. Cumin seeds
¼ tsp. Fennel seeds
¼ tsp. Nigella seeds

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry potatoes, cauliflower, green beans and carrot
one after another and keep them aside.

Add mustard seeds to the remaining oil, and allow it to splutter.

Add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and nigella seeds.

Add onions and fry till transparent.
5.
Add chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder.

Then add tomato paste, chopped tomatoes and salt. Stir it, cover and cook till
tomatoes are well blended and oil starts to separate.
7.
Mix in the fried veggies and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
8.
Add little water and cook until vegetables are well cooked. Switch off the heat
and serve.
