Ingredients:

oz. package- Spaghetti
2-
Chicken breasts, cooked and chopped

tbsp. Butter
2
tbsp. All-purpose flour
Salt
to taste
½
tsp. Black pepper powder
½
cup- Chicken broth
1
cup- Milk
1
cup- Carrot, diced
¼
cup- Green bell Pepper, diced
¼
cup- Onion, diced
1/8
tsp. Cayenne pepper
1
cup- Cheddar cheese, grated
Spring
onion to garnish
Method:
1.
Preheat oven 375 degrees C.
2.
Boil spaghetti until just under al dente. Drain and set aside.
3.
Meanwhile, melt butter in large nonstick pan over medium heat.
4.
Add flour, pinch of salt and black pepper powder, stir until mixed
thoroughly.
5.
Add onion and soute for few minutes.
6.
Slowly add chicken broth and milk to pan, raise heat slightly to a low simmer
and stir constantly until mixture thickens.
7.
Stir in carrot, chopped chicken, and green bell pepper, toss until everything
is coated.
8.
Add spaghetti and cayenne pepper to pan and toss again.
9.
Slide into a lightly greased 9×13 inches pan and top with the grated
cheddar cheese.
10.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese
has melted.
11. After 20 minutes baking
mix everything and garnish with spring onion.
12.
Serve with a simple salad and enjoy.....
