cups- Chick peas, boiled

tbsp. Oil

Small Onion, sliced

Small Tomato, chopped

Green chili

tsp. Ginger-Garlic paste

tsp. Garam masala

tsp. Turmeric powder
Salt
to taste

tbsp. Coriander leaves, chopped
Method:
1.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, tomato, green chili and fry for few minute.

Add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt to taste and fry
for 2 minutes.
3.
Add boiled chick peas and stir.
4.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
5.
Now chana masala is ready to serve.
