Chana Masala

 
Ingredients:
2 cups- Chick peas, boiled
2 tbsp. Oil
1- Small Onion, sliced
1- Small Tomato, chopped
2- Green chili
1 tsp. Ginger-Garlic paste
½ tsp. Garam masala
¼ tsp. Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. Coriander leaves, chopped


Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, tomato, green chili and fry for few minute.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt to taste and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add boiled chick peas and stir.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
5. Now chana masala is ready to serve.
